We’re serious about sharing in Techmatic's successes. All employees receive an equity package in the company as part of their total compensation, and we match up to 4% of a team member’s annual salary in 401(K) (US) or Pension (Ireland) contributions.

We anonymously match any donation our employees make (up to $/€ 600) so they can support the organizations they care about most—times two. We also arrange programming for team members to volunteer at specialized customer workshops and community activities.

Squarespace’s weekly catered happy hours are a great way to connect with coworkers and unwind after the week. Throughout the year, we host programming ranging from crafting to trivia and customer markets. During the summer, we throw family-friendly events and activities, and our holiday parties have been known to get fancy.
